up How does an inflatable from Reklama Kubíček, s.r.o. work?

Our inflatables are continuously filled with cold air by means of the integrated fan. This 220V fan must be connected to the mains for the entire period of its operation.

How to send graphic data for production?

You can send us your logo and your graphics for the production of an inflatable by e-mail (if the file size does not exceed 10 MB), uploading to our FTP server, or by mail on a CD or DVD.

In which formats shall I send graphic data for the production of an inflatable?

We work with most of graphics programs, therefore you can prepare your graphic data in Corel Draw (max. version 12), Adobe Illustrator (max. version CS3), Adobe Photoshop (max. version CS3) or a file in the postscript format .eps. To achieve a faultless and quality graphic output on the inflatable, we recommend that you should convert all graphic data to curves. If this is not possible, it is necessary, in the case of texts, to attach also a file with the appropriate font (TTF). Send us your images preferably in resolution 1:1 and 300 dpi in formats *.tiff, *.jpg, *.pdf, *.psd. Prepare all data for working with PC!

What are the colours for inflatable advertisements?

We can make your inflatable in one of our standard colours. Do your colours differ from our company’s colour palette of the material? In such case, we can print your colour or have a special fabric colour made. All we need from you is to specify colours. We use the CMYK technology for digital print, therefore all we need is to define colours straight by colour distribution in CMYK or in Pantone Process.

How can graphics or my logo be applied on an inflatable?

We can print, paint or sew your logo or your graphics straight on the inflatable body. This method is suitable for such cases when the graphics is fixed. If you need to inform your customers on updates, on time-limited events, or if you want also your partner to have an advertisement on your inflatable, we recommend placing the graphics on a replaceable banner which is fixed to the inflatable by Velcro. In this way your inflatable will get a greater variability in the possibility of changing advertising banners arbitrarily.

How long does the production of an inflatable take?

In this case it always depends on the shape and complexity of your inflatable. The average production time of an inflatable advertisement ranges from 3 to 4 weeks. However, we will be pleased to meet your requirements and we are able to make your inflatable even in an express, short period of time. Contact our sales department for information on the current production time of your product.

Is it possible to use an inflatable advertisement all year round?

Yes, the products from our company are designed for operation both on hot summer days and in mountain resorts in winter season. Our inflatables can be used on seaside beaches, as well as on snow.

Is it possible to make my company mascot or my product as an inflatable?

Yes, it is currently possible to make almost any shape. To be able to make the exact inflatable replica of your product or your company mascot, we need as many photos or sketches as possible, or you can send us your own original. Our graphics department will prepare for you a 3D visualization of your new inflatable which will copy the original and will be supplemented with details that are required for the inflatable. These details that will differ from the original, i.e. which are required for faultless operation, will be explained to you by our sales department.

How big can an inflatable be?

Generally, we can say that the ideal height of your inflatable is from 3 to 6 metres. In these sizes it is possible to demonstrate details and the inflatable advertisement is not too robust and it can be handled well. We will be please to make also a smaller inflatable banner for you. On the other hand, we have wide experience with “XXL” inflatables the size of which exceeded 20 metres. The size of an inflatable must always be determined taking the purpose of using the inflatable advertisement into consideration. If you do not have a clear idea about the size of your inflatable, contact our sales team for advice regarding the best size of your inflatable advertisement for your purpose.

Must the inflatable be anchored?

Yes, the inflatable must be anchored to a fixed point along its entire circumference. This is done with a set of pegs and anchoring cables supplied by Reklama Kubíček, s.r.o. The inflatable advertisement can be anchored also using sand bags placed inside the inflatable.

In what weather conditions can I use the inflatable?

The inflatable advertisement can be used all year round in sunny, rainy and winter weather. However, the year-round use has its limitations. For safe and trouble-free operation, we do not recommend using advertising inflatables outdoors at the wind speed above 15 m/s and at rainfall higher than 2 mm/hour. But the temperature range is much greater. Our inflatables can be used without any problems at ambient temperatures from -10 up to +35°C. But in winter the surface of the inflatable must be cleared from snow and ice.

What else do I need to operate the inflatable?

Only an electric power supply. Other accessories, including the inflatable advertisement, integrated fan, anchoring elements, are included in the delivery from our company.

How long will it take to erect the inflatable?

It always depends on the product size, but the average time of putting the inflatable into operation from arrival at the site of operation is 10 to 15 minutes.

How many people must participate in installing an inflatable?

The number of people depends on the product size. A small inflatable advertising banner, for example a cylinder 3 metres high, can be erected by one person, but a 10-metre wide arch is best to erect by four to six people. Our sales team will give you the information on the appropriate number of persons for installation at your order.

Can an inflatable be illuminated?

Yes, at your request, we can provide the inflatable with a cold inner light. The product can be illuminated also from the outside. In such case, however, the place demand is greater with a smaller lighting intensity. Inner halogen lamps have a higher efficiency.

How big is a folded inflatable?

Each inflatable advertisement always leaves our production in a textile transport bag. This bag is adapted to the inflatable size, it is sewn at the same time with the inflatable. A large majority of folded inflatables can be put in the boot of a Skoda Octavia car, but large inflatables must be transported in bigger vehicles such as vans.

What is the life span of an inflatable?

If the inflatable is used correctly according to the instructions, which are a part of each product, and at the consistent maintenance and care, the inflatable can be used even several years. We use quality materials for production and they also contribute to the long life of our inflatables.

What material is the tent construction made of?

The supporting structure of tents is made of special aluminium alloy sections and surface-treated steel couplings. The entire structure is connected by individual segments to make up a strong fin skeleton.

What material is the tent jacket made of?

The jacket alone is made of varnished coated polyester fabrics which feature high strength and they are quite resistant against weather and rain effects. Both the roof and wall of the jacket is led in individual structure segments owing to special profiled holes and lead-in PVC straps.

upWhat are the colours of tarpaulins, what about prints on tarpaulins?

The colour design of the jacket can be specified according to the current colour charts. The jacket can be supplied with print according to customers’ designs. Individual side and front parts can be provided with windows made of a special frost-resistant foil.

Must the tent be anchored?

The tent need not be anchored, it stands on strong feet. We recommend anchoring the tent to ensure the trouble-free course of your event. The most suitable base to anchor the tent is soft ground (grass, soil, sand-gravel, hard ground, etc.).

What is the procedure for anchoring, when cannot it be anchored with a peg?

If pegs cannot be anchored into the base (grass, gravel-sand, etc.): We use concrete loads or anchoring is done using straps that are extended to the most suitable anchoring point.

Are the tarpaulins on a tent removable?

All tarpaulins on tents are mobile. They can be removed within a few minutes, or installed if necessary.

What about entrances to the tent?

Entrances to the tent are solved by so-called divided tarpaulins. Such divided tarpaulin serves as entrance. If a wide entrance is required, this tarpaulin can be pulled apart like a curtain on windows to reach an entrance up to 5 m wide.

Is the tent lockable?

No, the tent is not lockable. If necessary, this can be performed with a special cable and padlock.

Are assembly and disassembly included in the price of rental?

Yes, the quoted price always includes assembly and disassembly.

Is the price quoted per day?

No, the price is always quoted for the entire event. As a standard, the price is quoted for 1 to 7 days including assembly and disassembly. Extra days are quoted individually (tent size, number of extra days, for what the tent is used, etc.).

Is a tent installed on the day of event?

The tent is usually installed a day before the event. The reason is a smooth course of installation, time for preparing the tent interior. In exceptional cases (financial reasons, impossibility to rent an area earlier, etc.), we are ready to install the tent on the day of event.

When does disassembly take place?

The tent is disassembled according to the client’s needs. Usually right on the day when the event ends. If an event ends early in the morning (02.00 etc.), the tent is disassembled on the same day, but not before 07.00.

Is the tent insured?

Tents and accessories are insured. However, we always recommend that the client should insure the entire specific event in the case of rental. Insurance does not cover objects and persons inside the tent and in its immediate vicinity.

Is it necessary to guard the tent overnight?

This depends on a number of circumstances. If the tent is not secured otherwise (e.g. closed premises), we recommend providing security guards overnight.

How many people install a tent, how long, can I install it by myself?

We recommend that our tents should be always installed by trained and experienced personnel. It means that tents are always installed by our personnel. The length of the tent installation depends on its size, terrain where the tent is installed (distance from the vehicle for carrying structures, terrain unevenness, tent installation at height on a terrace, etc.). The tent is installed by at least 3 persons or more. A 10x10m tent is installed by 3 persons for about 2 to 3 hours. Disassembly takes approximately a half of assembly.

What tools are necessary to install a tent when I purchase one?

Tools and instruments required for the installation of a tent: hammer for driving nails – 8 kg, mounting fork and rope, nail puller. All of these is in our company’s range.

Is a building permit required?

It is not necessary to build foundation for the installation of a tent. In the case of a long-term structure, the applicable building act must be followed, i.e. building notification – the permit is regulated in the Building Act, Sections 103, 104, and others.
