Production of inflatables

We make inflatables and inflatable advertisements out of a very strong fabric coated with PVC and with class B1 fireproof finish acc. to DIN 4102 and M2 grade acc. to FD P 92-507 – European safety standards.  The surface density of this fabric is 400 g/m2. Also, we make products out of other materials according to customers’ wishes. 

We implement any of your ideas

Any of your ideas, a real product or a company mascot is converted to a 3D model by our graphic designers. Such model maximally combines the possibilities of inflatables production and customers’ wishes. Based on that, a detailed structure of a new product is then formed. 

Non-standard colours are not a problem

A new inflatable can be made in one of our standard colours or in their combination. Do your company colours differ from our palette of colours? In such case we will make your inflatable advertisement with the printed design in your colours.

We make all prints on our own large-area solvent digital printer. To highlight the print quality and to improve its resistance against mechanical damages, the printed surfaces of inflatables are protected by liquid lamination. 

Perfect workmanship of inflatables

The production of an inflatable advertisement begins on a modern cutting machine which cuts out individual patterns with an accuracy to millimetres. These parts are then sewn together by hand leading to the final step which is a test of the new inflatable and its delivery to the customer.
